Ginny Finley is an accomplished Chief Growth Officer with over 40 years of experience in business development, customer relations, and training. Ginny is a recognized authority in the A/E/C industry, respected by clients and colleagues. She brings extensive familiarity with existing and future projects and knowledgeable insight to a network of trusted partners. Her expertise extends to municipal, state, federal, and private sectors, making her an invaluable asset to our company.

As the Growth Officer of the company, she is responsible for driving the growth of the business. Her role is to develop and execute strategies to achieve the company's growth objectives. Ginny is a skilled communicator and team leader with extensive experience developing, executing, and managing strategic planning, business development, and workforce development initiatives. She identifies and captures new business opportunities that align with the company's shared objectives by establishing virtual project teams and cross-disciplined business strategies.
